I had a chance to work with many managers throughout my working experience but Hrach was a real professional. He is a very dedicated and goal-oriented product manager with strong managing and motivating skills. He is passionate about teaching, and I consider Hrach's future students the luckiest ones learning from him.

I have had the pleasure of working alongside Hrach since December 2020, during this time, and I can honestly say that he is a valued team member who demonstrated his full capacity knowledge of Product Management. We have worked on an interesting product together from an idea stage to delivery. During that journey of creating our great product, (which is an Interview Simulation) Hrach excels at supervising, guiding, and motivating other 7 members of the team. He is a natural leader and problem solver, easily identifying and proposing solutions to any road bumps that the team hits along the way.

He is extremely detailed, well-thought-out; processes based on solid business principles and has shown incredible drive and business skills. Not only does Hrach, possess the leadership skills needed for a team leader, but he also has behind-the-scenes skills as well. I have seen him use intelligence, business savvy, hard work, and people skills to accomplish and execute set tasks.

I have worked with many professionals throughout my journey, but Hrach was a unique one to work. I started my work journey with him, and he helped me understand the company's internal process. His work ethics are pristine, and he is easily adjustable to a given situation. His ability to go out of his way to help others has made him stand out.

I am sure Hrach will shortly become one of the leading figures in the Armenian PM community due to his diligence, ambitious nature, and most importantly, his personal qualities.
While taking the "Big Ideas in Technology Product Management" training course we have worked with Hrach on the same project which wouldn't end up successfully without his high contribution.

Hrach has always been a role model for me and I would've given up if he hadn't encouraged and supported me in this area where I was taking my first steps and experiencing many difficulties.

It is my pleasure to recommend Hrach Mkhitaryan as a self-motivated and enthusiastic professional, who has proven himself both for working with team and communicating with high-profile clients. I have been working with Hrach back in 2017-2018 on a software development project, where the client team was working on-site with Zangi team and there were clashes between 2 teams due to working culture and mentality differences. Hrach was assigned as a Project and Product Manager for this project and did a great job establishing more collaborative and professional environment between 2 teams.


Hrach also did a good job in analyzing and aligning business requirements with the client business team and transforming those requirements into technical tasks distributed among different specialists of 2 teams. Hrach has a well-organized, patient, polite and balanced personality. His personal and professional qualities are suitable for both executive and mentoring positions. I believe Hrach can be a very successful lecturer, patiently explaining the theory and sharing his vast experience in the subject.

I have known Hrach for several months and during this short time period Hrach has proven himself as talented, experienced, knowledgeable and hardworking colleague.
